Spring is here and it’s time to freshen up your home! Cleaning house top to bottom can feel overwhelming but breaking it down into smaller tasks makes it much more manageable. Here is the ultimate room-by-room spring cleaning checklist to help you tackle every nook and cranny.
Kitchen
Fridge
- Clean inside fridge with all-purpose cleaner and sanitize with hydrogen peroxide/water solution
- Check expiration dates and toss anything spoiled
- Wipe down exterior of fridge and handles
- Clean top of fridge – this often gets neglected!
- Clean out pantry, toss expired items, wipe down shelves
- Clean microwave – inside and out plus the turntable
- Shine up small appliances like toaster oven, instant pot, coffee maker
- Clean range hood – remove grease filter and rinse, wipe down hood
