All-Purpose Cleaner
- 1 part vinegar
- 1 part water
- 10 drops lemon essential oil
I mix this solution in a glass spray bottle. The vinegar and lemon oil cut through dirt and grease. It’s great for cleaning counters, appliances, windows, and more.
Scrubbing Cleaner
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tsp castile soap
- 1 tsp water
This mild abrasive paste is perfect for scrubbing stubborn bathtub rings, grease stains, and burnt-on pans. The baking soda scours while the castile soap lifts dirt.
Disinfecting Cleaner
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide
- 10 drops tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has natural antibacterial properties. Mixed with vinegar and hydrogen peroxide, this makes a non-toxic disinfecting solution. I use it to sanitize countertops, sinks, and toilets.
Whiting Laundry Booster
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide
For bright, white laundry, I add this mixture along with my regular detergent. The baking soda lifts stains while the hydrogen peroxide bleaches. No harsh chemicals needed!
