It’s no wonder that sometimes I find it difficult to relax and unwind in my own home. But you know what they say – a cluttered space equals a cluttered mind.

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, rushing from one task to the next without taking a moment to pause and appreciate our surroundings. We become so focused on checking items off our to-do lists that we forget to be present in the moment. And that’s where the concept of “mindful chores” comes in.
